I have been associated with Atishay Limited since last 8 years. I have found open culture policy, where we can reach out to anyone in the organization. All Teams are very supportive and constantly trying to improve as per the technology.

It's great to work with Atishay Limited and colleagues are very supportive and enthusiastic.. In my hard times specially my Director, Archit Jain sir and my team leader Saurabh supported me and understand my situation so I am very great full for that. My professional growth graph has also increased in Atishay Limited.

I learn here how an organization's ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive advantage and this Positive culture comes from being mindful and respecting your co-workers, and being empathetic.

I was little nervous at the time of joining that how I will manage there, but the team and managers encouraged me and helped me in my working. We have open door policy here where anyone can talk to Director/MD Sir one to one. I have learned a lot here other than my roles and responsibilities.
