Commitment to Sustainability

In line with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ ‘Green Initiative,’ we will send all communications, including the AGM notice and Annual Report, electronically to the email registered with your Depository Participant (DP).

Optimizing Energy Efficiency
  • Energy efficiency is central to our operational strategy, driven by the belief that conserving energy is as valuable as producing it.
  • Adopted energy-saving measures, including LED lighting and energy-efficient appliances.
  • Transitioned from desktops to laptops, reducing overall energy consumption.
  • Replaced centralized electricity units with area-specific controls for better energy optimization.
  • These initiatives contribute to environmental stewardship while enhancing cost-effectiveness and operational performance.

Further, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has taken a “Green Initiative in Corporate Governance” by allowing paperless compliances by Companies through electronic mode. In accordance with the various circulars issued by the Ministry, Companies can now send various notices and documents, including Annual Report, to its shareholders through electronic mode to the registered e- mail addresses of shareholders.

In view of above, we propose to send all communication / documents like notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report of the Company, in electronic mode to email registered by you with your Depository Participant (DP).
