Our innovative digital platform empowers citizens to apply, modify, and upload documents for various services such as caste certificates, income certificates, and employment registrations—all from the comfort of their homes.
Here’s how it works: citizens can request services through our Call Centre, after which an e-Sahayak representative visits their residence to assist in applying for public services via e-Mitra. Once the service is processed, the certificate or document is delivered to the citizen’s doorstep.
